Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

A hard lesson for me for some reason...Intelligence does not indicate goodness in any way.
I'm sure 10,000 tears have fallen over this.

I bet you're right. Mr Spector was very hard to get along with in the studio, he was a little Hitler from what I understand. Pulled out a gun more than once to get his way. But he was a genius as a producer. The Wall of Sound alone put him up there with the greats.

On the horns of a dilemma? Again!

Holy hardtack Batman, too bad (not) that I prefer bass. Of course fanned frets on a bass are said to be tonally more accurate. Funnily enough I don't have a bass with them.

I learned of these beasts many years ago. I have enough trouble coordinating ten (oops. That's nine fingers)fingers playing on four strings perfectly. I don't understand how both hands operate entirely independently. Maybe I am simply developmentally disabled--or maybe one needn't be a genius to play the Chapman Stick? All I know is that I wouldn't dream of overtaxing my brain with one of these things.

I freely admit that some people play the Stick amazingly well. Good for them! I thought I played hammer-ons well, but what did I know?
Putting personal affronts and stubbed toes aside...it does sound pretty good...
Maybe if you just didn't insist upon knowing what your fingers are doing all the time
