This came to me before Rick could could play the first one, I wanted to see if it would be included..Vanity thy name is Daniel! LOL

This kept shoving it's way onto my list of What Rick missed, hey it's an easy game to play Nobody could ever get such a list that reaches everyone.

Two GREAT songs. Thank you Daniel!

From a new world, one he created for all of us!

I know a story because I watched a movie
Einstein and Eddington.

Einstein has just published almost no one could make heads or tails of it, but if he was right Newton The English genius who stood as the foundation of Physics
Was wrong.

Everything we know was right, was wrong!!

Eddington was "The best measurements man in England"
Eddington was A Quaker, a passivist and brilliant wide open mind.

The problem revolves around the Planet Mercury. Newton correctly accounts for all the planetary orbits...except Mercury.

Eddington understands that if Einstein is correct then mass bends light.

But how to test it? How to learn the truth and silence scientific doubts either way?

Did I mention that Eddington was brilliant?

There's to be a total ellipse of the sun. Having plenty of photos of the star formations around the sun, Eddington realizes we only need one more photo to know for sure.

He packs up for Africa Makes an incredibility arduous journey during which he loses most of his negative plates hauling them up to a mountain in top.

But he arrives on time, three days before the event.
He's totally socked in. It pours day and night, it pours
right up to the minute he needs to shoot the star formation.
The sky so dark it seem like night. 3 minutes before peak solar obscuration, the shy parted only in the exact area of the Eclipse.

I can here the good Quaker mutter, God wants us to know the truth!

He had eight plates three were ruined, He got two use able images and took them back to the Royal British society of sciences.

Using a projector and two over lapping plates. The world could plainly see The target star move during the eclipse, it's light bent as Einstein had predicted, Einstein
Could account for Mercury and Newton could not. The word flashed around the world Eddington had proven Einstein correct and we enter a world new and strange to us.
Really? I thought it was very weird. Why did he rip the strings off the guitar? Is that art or something? o_O

I dunno. It was pretty obvious that Mr Young was off on a tangent. Sorta. Or SUMPTHIN'.

They are both brilliant men. Mark Twain's quotations really hit the old spot.

Nanci Griffith RIP. She died on August 13th, age of 68. Brings a tear to my eye. I saw her at a Bumbershoot, she played The Opera House stage. Had I not seen her I would never have known how great her voice was. Austin City Limits doesn't have great audio.
