Google has failed me in the most awful manner!!

    I ran a search for

"I'm from rolling stone so it's ok ,Song, video"

and I get the Rolling Stones.
Does any know who performed this song or perhaps it's proper title?

Are these the lyrics? (By the Sonics) Try Bing search engine.
    I roam 'cause I'm a rolling stone
    I roam 'cause I'm a rolling stone

You know I'm the kind of guy
That goes out nearly every night
I have been wearing real long hair (?)
What people say, baby, I don't care

    I roam 'cause I'm a rolling stone
    I roam 'cause I'm a rolling stone

    I go everywhere I please
Ain't no woman put their (?) on me
I know the only way to live
Take all you can and, baby, never give
    Wow!

You know I'm the kind of guy
Who goes out nearly every night
I have been wearing real long hair (?)
What people say, baby, I don't care

Maybe it was simply what someone said, hopefully in a joking manner? Sorry, no help. Google?Bing? What are these things? I avoid Google(hiss, boo! "Do no evil" has been quietly removed from their escutcheon. Bing is some sort of MS(hiss, boo!) thing?

Ahh, The Temptations. Mighty fine group, thank you porporme!

And Soul Train was a great show. It ran for thirty four years or even a bit longer.

Thanks for trying guys. But no.
It's as satire on Rolling stone reporters using their press pass to gain...well everything.

After much head slapping and memory jogging I came to me who did this song and in the process I learn of his passing .
Leon Russel has passed on at the age of 74 of natural causes. I went looking for a song and found a death.

Yet I could not find the song I wanted. I offer this in it's place, The song that wed me to Leon 's music.

"I hope you understand that I just had to go back to the Island"

George you really must stop, stopping to quarrel with every thing you meet! LOL

There is much you and I will never agree with, but we need not fight what we don't agree with. Preferable by far is to rejoice in what we do agree with....yes?

With so far yet to go let us save or energies for those who need them and deny our energy to those who would abuse those we would serve.

    A hiss-boo here, a hiss-boo there, everywhere a hiss-boo. You make a good point Dan.

    Queen!

They used music to advanced their cause as music has only seldom has been used. They put homosexuality right up there on stage and in our straight faces, Though
"we are doing our best to deny it."

Freddy, no doubt. But the whole band? Not Brian May!? It doesn't matter, as you posted. Brian May is one HELL of a guitar player, I've seen him play along and even improve other musician's songs impromptu in real time.
