    As a rule I really enjoy it when complexity in a song leads to a more Persis expression of the feelings being conveyed.

    But this song overwhelms me with it's shear simplicity the clarity. The feelings expressed have echoed within me all though my years. God bless you Fats where ever you are.

    It seems to me that before the electric guitar the pond that rock and roll skated upon was the Sax...Now I love the E.G. but I sure do miss that sax sound from early rock...Somebody bring back the Sax Please!!

    Yeah...but I recall the sound of this song as being super-charged with a get up and go like few others of the period. I love Chubby Checker, he was nearly a god to me.
