It is wonderful to hear from you, Dan. It's also fantastic to read that you are feeling so much better. I didn't understand that it was SO very hard for you to get a post through to us here at the "new" OK, we're pals. In lieu of the olde ok corral if it's not clear. That would be a first. Ha!

But seriously, the more worry-ish of us do pine for your presence. What am I saying, we all love your presence here!
 
You ever see the very old Ronald Colmen film "Shangerla" (SP)?

A man finds paradise, then loses it. Then claws his way back though mountains of ice and snow.

My fingers are bleeding but I'm back. ":O}!
 
"I got bleedin' fingers" said John Lennon way back when. If'n I remember right, sure hope so. Wrong. It was "I got blisters on me fingers" I thimk.
Durn, I don't think I've seen "Shangeria" with Ronald Colman. Trudging across the tundra, mile after mile. But dragging yerself over icy mountains? Musta been one tough guy!

I think the most near to perfect movie I've seen is "The Big Sleep." The re-make from years later starring Robert Mitchum is a piece of garbage. And that's not even in comparison with the original. It lies down on its own two feet.
