George, how much do you reckon he's got tied up in that place? Must be the better part of a million bucks, to be sure.

Just the guitars alone, amazing value there. Must have been 50 or 60, and the keyboards and drums. Not to mention all the amplifiers - some of them are classic tube gear just like we used to use ages ago, and highly collectible now.
