Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

I can't remember when or how I first heard this, it was half over before it caught my attention
But it was a long time before I heard it again.

"if you fog the mind
you stir the soul."

Yeah, I can see it now
The distant red neon shivered in the heat
I was feeling like a stranger in a strange land
You know, where people play games with the night
God, it was too hot to sleep
I followed the sound of a jukebox coming from up the levee
All of a sudden, I could hear somebody whistling from right behind me
I turned around, and she said
"Why do you always end up down at Nick's Cafe?"
I said, "Uh, I don't know, the wind just kinda pushed me this way"
She said, "Hang the rich"
Catch the blue train
Places never been before
Look for me
Somewhere down the crazy river
(Somewhere down the crazy river)
Ooh, catch the blue train
All the way to Kokomo
You can find me
Somewhere down the crazy river
(Somewhere down the crazy river)
Take a picture of this
The fields are empty, abandoned '59 Chevy
Laying in the back seat listening to Little Willie John
Yeah, that's when time stood still
You know, I think I'm gonna go down to Madam X
And let her read my mind
She said, "That voodoo stuff don't do nothing for me"
I'm a man with a clear destination
I'm a man with a broad imagination
You fog the mind, you stir the soul
I can't find no control
Ooh
Catch the blue train
Places never been before
Look for me
Somewhere down the crazy river
(Somewhere down the crazy river)
Ooh, catch the blue train
All the way to Kokomo
You can find me
Somewhere down the crazy river
(Somewhere down the crazy river)
Wait, did you hear that?
Oh, this is sure stirring up some ghosts for me
She said, "There's one thing you gotta learn
Is not to be afraid of it"
I said, "No, I like it, I like it, it's good"
She said, "You like it now
But you'll learn to love it later"
I been spellbound
Falling in trances
I been spellbound
Falling in trances
You give me the shivers
Chills and fever
You give me the shivers
You give me the shivers
I been spellbound
I been spellbound
I been spellbound
(Somewhere down the crazy river)
Somewhere down the crazy river

His songs often carry amazing depth of feeling
None more so than this one.

It robs me of words and leaves me to weep
High art indeed.

I would imagine that if you can't talk to your giutar
It will never sing to you.
Paul Reed Smith is a fine musician, and a fine businessman. He has found the right formula. When Carlos Santana plays only the guitars you make, you've done something right.

It also doesn't hurt to have been mentored in the guitar business by Ted McCarty, who was CEO of Gibson when they created the Les Paul and other legendary guitars.

George, go to 48:40, you will love it. Rick played the riff to 'Highway to Hell' in a video, and YouTube de-monetized it because 'Angus owns A, D over F#, and G, you know'...LOLZ

Rick pronounces "D'addario" correctly. YAY!!! You mean it's NOT "Dee-Adairio?" This has bugged me for years. Every time I correct someone's pronunciation of D'addario they look at me totally mystified. Ignorant savages, they are everywhere.

Sorry, very small potatoes.

"When your lawyer is Satan," double LOL. Great video, thank you very much for finding this one.

How can one not admire those who armed them who go fourth in music.
A drummer can play on just about anything. But Guitarist Needs a guitar., however many necks, strings, pick ups or shapes.

His/her hands are empty until they find one that was crafted just for them, even if their are 10,000, at lest one is just for them.
When they find one they just go all musical on us.
Thank the lord of all for those to whom he gave music to share
as they see fit.":O}

Ok so he stole it from the rolling stones.
He should at lest get credit for time travel. ":O})

Now if we can just get the world to pronounce DA-Jango properly...it just sounds better!! LOL

Maybe the funniest song to ever gain popularly.

OK there are two funniest songs, but don't let that make you sad.":O}
