I don't have those two games, but I'll see if Daerandin or MrDeathJr28 does.
I'll see if I can find them on sale somewhere as well.

Have you actually tried both Age Of Pirates 2 and Pirates Of Black Cove in Wine or PlayOnLinux?

I just noticed Pirates of Black Cove is not even in the WineHQ's database.
Also, Age of Pirates 2 is getting low ratings...

No problem. In time I'm sure these games will be in a bundle somewhere or on sale on Steam

    Welcome to the forum freire!
I don't own a copy of FIFA or any sports games for that matter.
Do you know if there is a demo or a trial period for that game?

I have noticed on the PlayOnLinux forums that people are having problems with FIFA in Linux.
Every once in a while I find a game that just refused to run in PlayOnLinux because of bugs or DRM.
Hopefully this isn't one of "those" games.

I looked up FIGA on Origin.com and found a trial, but the first problem will be Origin client.
PlayOnLinux has always had a problem with games in Origin
I have tried several games and they refuse to run:
    • Kindoms of Amalur
    • Battlefield 3
I can try FIFA as well, but of course with low expectations. Do you know how large the trial download is?

Sure, I'll check out the FIFA 14 demo and see if I can get it running.
By the way, I steer clear of Pirate Bay

Thanks for the suggestion. I've been wanting Gears of War for a long time, but never purchased it. I haven't even seen it on a Steam sale or bundle anywhere... Ever!
I have read about people playing it in Linux before.
Its an Unreal Engine game so it should run great, but maybe its part of that Games For Windows Live, which no longer exists.

    What are your systems specs?
Do you have an Nvidia video card?

If you want to take it upon yourself to test Gears of War in PlayOnLinux, this will require a lot of patience and trial-n-error.

The biggest problem is Games For Windows Live DRM. Search online to see if there has been a patch introduced to remove GFWL. I'll search as well. If not, then it probably won't run.

There is a xliveless patched version of Wine and an xlive.dll that can remove GFWL DRM, but it still may crash or have problems.
I've tried it with several other games and some worked, but other didnt:
    • Bulletstorm - Failed
    • WH40K Space Marine - Failed
    • Fallout 3 - Success
Your specs are perfect for Linux gaming. That GeForce should ROCK!
Make sure to install the Nvidia drivers and 32-bit libraries.

However after this only works with xliveless and bulletstorm scene version

Nice video. Bulletstorm looks pretty cool.
I'll have to try it again.
