Conclusion:
Full Spectrum Warrior fun perfectly in PlayOnLinux with Wine 3.0.3 and my GeForce GTX 1060. Its an older title from 2005, so it should run on any laptop or netbook. Of course the resolution will have to match the Linux Desktop on your device for fullscreen.
