Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

It was a timely song...San Diego was trying to draw a line but didn't know where to draw it.

Could be said to be awfully pedophilic. The little girl is in bad taste, imho. They could have come up with an inoffensive cartoon, but that would have required more brain power and cash than Dick Clark was capable of?

One of the most popular and annoying songs of the early sixties. If you missed it, you are a most fortunate one. With apologies:

The thought that Frankie Valli could have been a bullet magnet may have crossed a few minds? Far be it from me to even suggest such a thing! Plenty of payola for this record, it was heard FAR too often on AM radio. Yeah, I know--if I don't like it don't listen to it. Impossible when it's someone else's radio.

I lusted after one of the very early transistor radios--so small it could fit in a (large) pocket. And it didn't need to be plugged in.
$60--which was a fortune to a kid.

Bet that translates into a small fortune in nowadays money.

After 20 minutes on the Net the only way to find what a dollar was worth in 1963 versus today is... buy a book from Amazon. Uckfay ouyay Amazon.

Gee, the Internet is becoming less useful by the day.

I had one...I hope you had one two!

"Brown Eyed Girl," can't beat it with a stick! Loved this one for many years, thanks for posting it.

Brown eyes, black eyes and blue eyes. The first had blue eyes, it was amazing how much her face changed in five years. Became quite good looking, that's wonderful, she deserved to.

Never say die--but only a miracle will allow me to have another girlfriend. The last had blue eyes too.
