And according to the news article, it is permanent this time. And all nordic games are on sale for the weekend to celebrate their return.

    Now i'm checking out Chaser

Honestly, I don't know if I'll play any of these games long term. You know... all the way through.
Aquanox 2 is by Jo Wood and I've read a lot of bad experiences with games by them.

I ended up buying Aquanox 1
It may not be spetacular, but for $1.50 hopefully its entertaining.
I'm going to try running it on my Chromebook

Jowood didn't make games, they were a publisher. They published both the Gothic series and Spellforce series, which are excellent games. However, they also ruined the Gothic series by getting a completely unknown developer to make an expansion for Gothic 3 which was beyond horrible. I sometimes got the impression they were lucky to sit on the rights to some very good series, but didn't understand the games and made bad decisions as a result.

    Oh, that right...
One game I bought at Target for $10.00 was somehow related to Jo Wood and it didn't run in Windows at all.
I did some research to see if there was a patch or anything and the developers didn't exist anymore and Jo Wood never fixed the problem. After more research I found that this was a common problem.
So I've tried to stay away from anything Jo Wood published.
I only have a small number of games on their list and bought them on GOG.
    So that's good.
I have Arx Fatalis, Gothic II & 3, Painkiller and Torchlight
