It'd be a far kinder fate than being the Lump's bootblack. Sorry for mentioning the name from beyond hell.
To my somewhat limited knowledge this is not a first class build.,,, That roof won't be walk-able, and if you live in snow and under trees you NEED a walk-able roof. The wide use of pine instead of Aluminum is not to be respected especially on a 40 footer. The lamination process isn't the best either. Almost all top rated trailers use Glue on under the fiberglass. Personally I don't know why they don't use aluminum siding as they use to, far better materiel to work with. Fiberglass can be an expensive monster to repair...Aluminum...not so much. But with few exceptions the modern trailer is made of Fiberglass. Judging by "Airstreams" pricing Fiberglass is much cheaper. Finally the facility looks out of date compared to others I have seen by way of these videos.
The pricing here is beyond ridiculous. They are so over priced that you can get 3X the trailer for less without much if any loss in quality.!
The twisted side of me asks: These and perhaps all camper trailers could be a bullet magnets, no? How much more would bullet resistance cost? Not to mention doubling the price and weight? I'd feel more comfortable inside a well camouflaged tent. My imagination took on a terrible twist after I saw all of those apartments in Sarajevo destroyed by artillery.
You shouldn't let your imagination play to long in Sarajevo. No need to worry people who pay those prices have already shot themselves in the foot.":O} Perhaps you would enjoy owing a converted Brinks truck? Unlike Trailers that lack up armoring You have to keep a Brinks camper moving or they sink into the earth.
If you had to choose, Volvo sounds like a winner. I think this dude did a good job, I like his wood choices a hell of a lot more than 90% of the factory made RV's.
Yeah, I thought his work quite good. I like picturing a turn in the middle of the bus. give the interior more of a dimension.set it up with a right angle.":O}
