Right now I'm in the middle of playing Assassin's Creed Revelations, Drakensang Online and Battlefield 3 singleplayer. Yes I'm playing Battlefield 3 in Windows.... I'm sorry, but for now its not running in Wine.
Im my case i have this titles for test (steam around 400 titles), gamersgate and gog with around 20 titles, origin with around 5 or 6 titles, other titles with around 134 titles And other titles out of this list maybe 80 to 100 titles more And recently add games of friend (this have around 200 to 250 titles more) Very usefull have two 2TB HDD for this situations
Wow, how do you plan on playing all of those games? That is a lot of emulators! How is Evil Dead Regeneration? Is it fun?
I have this games for various test, some games work better in new versions, other worst and can appear new issues in lastest wine*, for this reason its important have variety of titles for test *for example mirrors edge, home front dont run in lastest wine because appears mscvrt error (see wine git them stay add work to VC++), or since wine 1.7.2.x some games like wrc rally 1 - 2 - 3 - 4, pro evolution soccer 2013 and others show intensive flickering at point is not playable Emulators is other area with have test, i test emulators since have intel celeron 366mhz around 1997-1998, is very interesting how much advance emulation in lastest 15 years Evil Dead Regeneration is rare title for this reason i testing, many titles i test for rarity, back to evil dead regeneration i like it (simple games its more affordable to play especially if you dont have enough time)
I can't believe Mirror's Edge doesn't work anymore. I had to update the guide when Wine broke after a Steam update. That was Wine 1.7.8 But I wonder if Wine 1.6.2 stable will still work with Mirror's Edge. Nobody has posted any bugs yet. I'll check WineHQ's I always though Evil Dead looked kinda fun in an arcade kinda way...
Apparently them stay add new functions (sometimes when add new functions at begins some titles dont work or work bad however sometime later this errors are corrected, its only time matter) however sometimes vga drivers affect some titles Evil dead most times uses black humor, this make evil dead unique (movies are special)
Baldur's Gate II Enhanced Edition The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings (3rd time) Planescape Torment Wasteland 2 Mass Effect (played it lots before but I want to play it again) Shadowrun Returns Neverwinter Nights 2: Storm of Zehir Metro Redux (waiting for Linux release) X3: Reunion X3: Terran Conflict X3: Albion Prelude Star Citizen Torment: Tides of Numenera (when it comes) Pillars of Eternity (when it comes) The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (when it comes)
Nice list! The only games I'm interested in is Baldur's Gate II and Metro Redux. Nice "when it comes" list as well.
