Velvet Assassin Guide

Velvet Assassin is a stealth assassination game where you play as British secret agent Violette Szabo during World War II. She can sneak, back-stab assassinate, set traps, and use "morphine mode" to attack in plain sight.

Note: This guide applies to the Steam version of Velvet Assassin. Other versions may require additional steps.

Tips & Specs:

Conclusion:
Once I figured out that Wine needed Physx installed ahead of time instead of during the Steam installation, the game launched perfectly. Everything ran really nice without any bugs or graphical artifacts. Unfortunately its very easy to die in Velvet Assassin. You only have seconds to escape if you are spotted by the enemy. Usually its too late...

Thanks as always!
I actually didn't install anything except Physx from the PlayOnLinux packages. The Physx installed from the Steam version would only crash the game.
