Ubuntu Package Manager is called: Snap or Snappy
You can install Windows games like League Of Legends with a few simple commands. I'm not sure if it creates a wineprefix and provides overrides/packages dependent on the game? But it looks pretty simple and comments are claiming it runs League Of Legends well.
