System Specific Guides

How would you like to see Guides for different games (Ex: WOW, Wizard101, etc BS and such)

This is a Wine-specific poll correct?

I can do guides in POL, cedega, Crossover, and WINE. This is the idea of, setting things up in slackware is similar to doing stuff manually in OpenSUSE, but you can also do it in OpenSUSE similar to Ubuntu with an online store.

At the same time, Arch is it's own camp because you need to test your packages.

It's just the thought that it can be different on separate systems.
 
Oh, so you are asking which system would be "more preferred" when it comes to guides?
I would say PlayOnLinux of course... because its cheaper than Crossover and easier than Wine.
Not to mention we have over 100 guides with PlayOnLinux already.
Its your call of course, but the more PlayOnLinux guides we have the better!
 
I'm asking what the poll is saying.

Do you like a guide for debian and slackware separate or together? Do you like to see the specific commands as well as the GUI versions? Do you break it constantly with no failure, telling me that I need to be so specific you would / should see the exact same thing?

I'm asking a poll, not asking through a thread.
 
I checked the 2nd one because most new Linux gamers aren't going to know the difference. Most of them will choose Ubuntu or Mint.
 
Personaly I'd like guides for ubuntu, POL and steam. Because it's what I use, and what my relatives who migrated recently are using. ANd I bet it's what people will be using in the future (not speaking of steamOS), simply because it's the most "mainstream" setup today (with Mint).
