Yes we all know everything about HP and the $hittiest laptop ever created. Was thinking of killing the two wires that control the fan speed to have it run at max all day long because apparently HP Cool Sense technology isn't implemented in this carp. I tried using coolbits and other stuff from nvidia since this laptop is based on nvidia but no success, they made it full proof when it comes to all the useful tools that usually follow nvidia products.

So in the end my question is, before I open up this junk, can anyone think of a software that would be able to read this damn mobo and allow me to change the fan speed?

Just create your own laptop tray with a fan in it. That should keep it nice-n-cool.

People have reported that patching the DSDT in the BIOS can allow you to remap the temperature<->fan speed table. Thanks man, I appreciate your input as you are savy when it comes to this type of issues. However I had no time lately and the laptop was abandoned until today.
This evening I drilled a hole in the bottom near the fan (where the fan wires connect to the mobo, was too lazy to take it apart) and I suspended two of the four wires (fan control) forcing it to run full blast so now I have a 50-55 C gpu (before was 70-75) and the laptop is a bit noisier but hey I am happy that it's working better.
 
Wow, just drilled a hole in the laptop and yanked out wires huh?

I knew where I had to cut the plastic to get straight to the connector. From there it was a piece of cake. After finishing I used a strong sticker to cover the hole. Here is the result.
