If I could make a suggestion, put netrunner linux on it. It was originally made for the first all in ones as it would make their modern design look nicer. Also it is a cool and stable KDE system.

Hmm, I'll look that one up.
I was thinking Ubuntu because it will be a family computer like the Large-Laptop, but I really like Mint Cinnamon as well.
It has a newer AMD video card and 4 GB RAM. So it should handle just about anything.

I ended up installing Mint 17.2 Cinnamon
I was going to install Ubuntu 14 but I can't. I really like it but I've been using Mint much longer and know exactly where everything is.
With Ubuntu I get impatient looking for simple things I want to configure.

Mint 17.2 installed perfectly!
Everything works out-of-the-box:
  • keyboard
  • touchscreen
  • webcam
  • microphone
Haven't had any issues yet. Started installing Wine, PlayOnLinux, Steam and my other applications.
