Ever since LogMeIn changed to a "paid" business model I have been searching for a Remote Desktop replacement.

    Enter: Chrome Remote Desktop

This is an extension for Chrome Browser that allows you to remote into any PC:
    • Windows
    • Mac
    • Linux

It is also offered by Google Chrome developers. So its not a 3rd party extension.
Now you can login to your work computer from Linux at home. I was able to work-from-home and log into my work Windows PC with dual screens. Performance was great.
