    Guide Suggestions?

Just an update. On post #2 Metro Last Light was listed among some possible game guides. Well, it is now native on Steam for Linux! And yes, I bought it a few minutes ago.:)

    Mint 15 and/or Nvidia update

I don't think it's weird at all, mine was only a technical question.:) Apparently Bumblee now works very well, according to many posts I read on various Linux forums.

    Guide Suggestions?

Booman, at the start of the thread you asked for suggestions about new games guides, but if at all possible I would like to ask you to take a look at the Call of Duty series. In particular I need help regarding the old Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare: until a couple of years ago it used to run...

    Mint 15 and/or Nvidia update

I use the 319 drivers on 2 computers (core i7 and an old dual core) but I really didn't see any significant difference compared to the older drivers. Bumblebee? Do you game on a laptop? What about performance and heat related issues?

    Quake 3 Arena Linux

Well, according to Wikipedia Quake 3 was released for Windows on December 2, 1999 and for Linux only 25 days later so I think it is reasonable to assume those dependencies were included.

    Quake 3 Arena Linux

Doom 3 is still compatible with Linux; the only issue I have is a (very annoying) cracking sound, but at least on Ubuntu 12.04 is fixed launching from terminal "../doom3 +set s_alsa_pcm plughw:0 +set s_driver alsa +set r_alphaToCoverage "0".

    Quake 3 Arena Linux

Personally I didn't know that but I was still able to install it natively on Linux back in 2006 despite only having the Windows CD thanks I believe to a Loki installer. I think it is important to remind new Linux users that Quake 3 runs perfectly well on Wine / Playonlinux.

    Alien vs. Predator 2

Ubuntu 12.04 64bit (Gnome Shell) Intel Core i7 CPU 860 @ 2.80GHz 8G RAM Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 Ti I installed Bulletstorm using a Playonlinux script, the only one by the way which worked on my system; I was not successful trying the scripts for Call of Duty 4, Modern Warfare 2 & 3, Toca Race...

    Alien vs. Predator 2

Yes, it was your Crysis 2 guide. Unfortunately I don't own that game but I found other guides you created and I was able to install Bioshock, Fallout 3, Crysis, Far Cry 1 & 2 and Bulletstorm plus Need For Speed Most Wanted from a Youtube channel. So I take this opportunity to thank you for your...

    Alien vs. Predator 2

Hy Booman, I know this is an old thread but I only recently stumbled on this website, thanks to a guide of yours that was posted on reddit/r/linux_gaming but I wanted to let you know that the video you linked is about a different game. The youtube link shows Aliens vs Predator (2010) a much...
