And available for download. But the servers are very bogged down. http://repo.steampowered.com/download/

    Ravensword (Openworld RPG)

I'm very hesitant to try that game. It is a game that was developed for iOS and Android mobile platforms. I'm very sceptical of how well it would port to PC.

PoL Path of Exile debug log for Texture error

DirectX re-install didn't do anything. Did a fresh install of Steam with all the libraries for Path of Exile using 1.7.8. Steam is installing PoE now. We'll see how it goes.

PoL Path of Exile debug log for Texture error

I'll try the directX re-install again first. If that doesn't work I'll try a complete re-install again.

    Path of Exile Guide

Hey guys I believe my WinSteam PoE is working fine as far as that WINE/Steam error goes. But I'm getting an error now when I choose a character and it starts to load the world. Any ideas? Edit: This is the first time I have tried to play it since switching my system from Ubuntu 13.10 w/...

I don't see a Linux Mint listed there. I thought you used Mint?

    Deathfire: Ruins of Nethermore

Nah, I don't see it as big shoes to fill. I see it as variety in my native Linux gaming.

    Linux Mint 16!!

In step number 6 HERE, during install if you choose "Something else" at the bottom, you can setup partitions yourself. I did 15 GB for ROOT (which is way more than enough), I usually do equal to or 1.5 times the amount of RAM as a SWAP partition. And then the rest I set as /HOME. Then next time...

    Linux Mint 16!!

Cinnamon is my preferred DE and since it is developed by the Mint team I figured I might as well come back to Mint. I still have the solid foundation of 13.10 which gives me better driver support for my Intel HD 3000 video card. I have heard of slight performance increases when using Cinnamon...

    Linux Mint 16!!

I was running Ubuntu 13.10 with Cinnamon 2 desktop. I just blew out my ROOT partition, replacing Ubuntu with Mint 16/Cinnamon. Runs great!!! Because I had /HOME on a separate partition and used the same user name and password everything worked fine. Firefox even still had my add-ons and...

    Pathfinder Online (Goblinworks)

I love Pathfinder and have the rulebooks too. Moved to it from DnD some years ago. I use the Pathfinder rules in my own custom world. Funny thing about MMO's, I play them like single player games. If I do party up with anyone it is usually one of my daughters. But in Neverwinter and SWTOR I...

They announced they are using the Unity engine and will be able to have a MAC version. Since Unity can also put out Linux compatible games maybe we'll see a Linux client too. Sources: https://goblinworks.com/...
