    There is a problem with fog even in Windows

    Navigate to the game Support folder
    Path:
    Code:
    /home/username/.PlayOnLinux/wineprefix/princeofpersia/drive_c/Program Files/Prince of Persia Sands of Time/Support
    Open Hardware.ini
    prince_of_persia38.png

    Scroll down to the bottom

    InvertFogRange=0
    ZEnableFix=0

    Click Save
    prince_of_persia39.png

    Right click Hardware.ini
    Click Permissions Tab
    Select "Read-only" for all permissions
    prince_of_persia40.png

    Conclusion:
    After fixing the fog problem, Prince of Persia Sands of Time ran beautifully. There are some strange camera movements to get used to, but otherwise performance is great and graphics look amazing "for its time".

    Considering how "old" this game is I'm still amazed on how good it has aged, graphically speaking... Good guide as always btw...

    Yeah, me too... I had never played any Prince of Perisa games previously and found this one at Goodwill. It installs and runs nicely after you fix the fog issue.
    Its pretty similar to Assassin's Creed and Darksiders when it comes to jump-tricks.
