Conclusion:
Hunted: The Demon's Forge was made with Unreal Engine so it runs great in PlayOnLinux/Wine like all UE3 games do. I didn't have any problems playing, changing video settings or loading/saving the game. It ran as expected and is actually a quite fun action game with an old school feel.
