Hello fellow linux gamers, GOG sale is on right now: http://www.gog.com/games##sort=bestselling&price=discounted&page=1 Linux filter: http://www.gog.com/games##sort=bestselling&system=lin_mint,lin_ubuntu&price=discounted&page=1
On the GOG homepage during the Winter sale. It was only available for a limited time and now its gone. You have to keep checking the homepage to see what is on sale and for how long
I see assassin's creed available for 3.99 euro right now. http://www.gog.com/game/assassins_creed_directors_cut Edit: It looks like almost all their games are discounted. Just check the store page for whatever game you are interested in to see if you can get it cheaper now. But the daily deals are probably for games that don't have a discount through the entire sale.
I purchased it because I really want my Step Father to play it. He's a huge history guy and love PC games. But he doesn't play anything online and doesn't even go online. So a DRM Free game is perfect for him.
I bought Assassin's Creed and STALKER Clear Sky I happened to pick up Divine Divinity from Humble Bundle Store as well. More guides to come!
