How can indie film makers do such amazing work? This is totally professional like The Matrix

For the same reason that many indie games are better than AAA titles? :p

I'm just a little bit annoyed with the low quality crap that a lot of AAA game developers get away with these days. And their DLC paywalls. Started on DLC before release? Well it should be included in the fucking game then, without additional costs.

But yeah, I agree, that short film is really really good! I was on the edge of my seat quite a bit of the time. :p

Which is not much I can say for much of the crap that exist in the film/ tv series industry these days...

There is a reason why a lot of this mediocre crap exist and gets so much love. It's because people really, really low standards. And for some reason, people get offended with you use an actual reasonable argument why something is crap.

Me too, they have no excuse with 200 people working on a single game.
I know deadlines make developers work faster and that can cause mistakes, but when I see some bad animation, poor shaders or seams in a model... I wonder how they spent millions on it and still have noticeable errors/bugs

I can accept stuff like that from an indie game or free-to-play
