Defense of the Ages It really looks exactly the same as League of Legends. I'll try it cause its free and fully supports native Linux.

This game is really nice, but too much competitive for me. I never was a great player, even if I like video games. And this kind of competitive/PVP games are nothing but frustration for me. THe only issue I have with this game is some cracks in intro music. I don't know why. Maybe because I use an old soundcard (but well supported as far as I know).
Same for me... I'm not to great at competitive games so I usually stay away from them. I prefer helping a friend fight together cooperatively. Less frustrating for sure! League of Legends has a cooperative mode where you can create A.I. opponents to fight against. That was kinda fun. Not sure about the sound issue, but does the sound mostly work during game play?
