There is a group of developers re-making Daggerfall in Unity with some amazing new features but also retain the nostalgia of the original game:

It's amazing how much effort some people put into such old but great games, today!

I know, I have at least 3 Gigabytes of mods for Morrowind and the game looks amazing!
I hope someone tries this with Morrowind and Unity, imaging how beautiful it would look?

I wish my current notebook could handle the amazing graphical overhauls for Morrowind...
It is really astonishing how much better Morrowind can look, when the right modifications are installed ;)

    Interesting you should say that...
I had a desktop running two 9800's in SLI and Morrowind didn't support it, so all the mods caused it to run waaaay too slow.
Now that I have a GeForce 550 Ti, I can run Morrowind and the texture/remodel mods in PlayOnLinux

I'm sure it would run if you crank down the resolution and some of the settings.
Just have to trial-n-error the mods.
I can make a list of Mods I was using in my guide
