I just learned that PlayOnLinux fully supports .bat Batch files
When you install a game or mod that has provided Batch .bat launchers PlayOnLinux will automatically insert the code into "Arguments" so you can launch the game.

Batch .bat files are handled like executables in Windows, but you can add additional code to the file in order to run Windows processes, scripts, Java, configurations and much more.

A lot of mods use them for games like Doom 3, Quake 4, Skyrim, Oblivion and many more.

I was trying to run Amnesia Fortnight: Space Base via its executable and I would get errors every single time.
After some research I found there are several run.bat files in the game folder.
So I tried creating a PlayOnLinux shortcut directly to the run.bat and it worked!
