I have downloaded Assassin's Creed Director's Cut edition with setup.exe! It is packed out of .iso! I want to ask this: If I use the Play On Linux installer for Assassin's Creed, will this work also for this one?

Only one way to find out.
By the way, I picked up Assassin's Creed Directors Cut on GOG for about $5.00 during a sale.
This is my favorite Assassin's Creed and it runs perfectly on PlayOnLinux.
There is a guide on our site as well... Assassin's Creed Guide

Yeah! I installed it too! Runs smoothly on my NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 with graphics to 3 and shadows to 2 in 1080p!:)

Awesome! What a cool game. I know the graphics are better in the newer ones, but I love the scenic landscapes and Biblical cities like Damascus and Jerusalem.

I have just started it and reached the Damascus. It is beautiful. And the game has amazing Physics and optimizations- it looks so great, but runs smooth and at solid FPS!:)
