Alien Breed 2 Assault is the next installation in the franchise. Play as Conrad the Cheif Engineer and slay swarms of aliens that have infested the ship. Can you restore power to your ship or will you hide in the fetal position until the aliens sniff you out?
Follow my step-by-step guide on installing, configuring and optimizing Alien Breed 2 Assault in Linux with PlayOnLinux.
Note: This guide applies to the Steam version of Alien Breed 2 Assault. Other versions may require additional steps.

Conclusion:
Alien Breed 2 Assault played perfectly just like the first game. I think the Unreal Engine Redist is for the level editor but I'm not sure why it still tried to install DirectX and Visual C++ since we already added those. Either way the game launched and played fullscreen just fine.
